THE GIRLS WILL LEAVE ON FRIDAY FROM AHS AT 9:00AM AND WILL TRAVEL TO STEVENS POINT. WE STAY AT THE HOLIDAY INN CONVENTION CENTER STEVENS POINT. 1001 AMBER AVE. 715-344-0200. WE WILL GO TO WISCONSIN RAPIDS HIGH SCHOOL BEFORE WE CHECK IN TO BUY OUR MEET SHIRTS.
*I DID NOT MAKE ANY PARENT RESERVATIONS THIS YEAR. WITH THE MEET STARTING LATER IN THE DAY, I THOUGHT MANY OF YOU MAY DRIVE UP THE DAY OF. I WOULD CALL AND MAKE RESERVATIONS EARLY IF YOU PLAN ON SPENDING THE NIGHT ON FRIDAY. ROOMS WILL OPEN UP WITH TEAMS RELEASING ROOMS THEY NO LONGER NEED BUT THE ROOMS WILL BE USED FAST BY FANS AND PARENTS.
ATHLETES WILL BE GIVEN MEAL MONEY FOR FRIDAY AND SATURDAY, HOWEVER, IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO SEND THEM WITH SOME SPENDING MONEY FOR MEET SHIRTS AND WHATEVER ELSE THEY MAY NEED. ATHLETES, WE'RE ONLY SPENDING A DAY IN STEVENS POINT DON'T PACK LIKE YOUR SPENDING A WEEK THERE. HEALTHY SNACKS ARE A GOOD IDEA BUT DONT OVER DO IT. MAKE SURE YOU PACK THE FOLLOWING:

*ON FRIDAY NIGHT IT HAS BEEN A TRADITION THAT THE GIRLS AND COACHES DRESS UP AND GO OUT FOR A NICE TEAM MEAL. GIRLS WE WILL NEED TO DECIDE IF WE WANT TO CONTINUE THAT TRADITION OR START A NEW ONE. IF SO, SOMEONE WILL NEED TO BE OUR NEW ANNIE MITCHELL (SOMEONE NOT RACING)!

Conference Meet 10/16/10

NAGAWAUKEE PARK
We need to use bibs at this race. Bibs need to be placed on the front of the runners' jersey with the pins provided.
Conference t-shrits will be for sold. $10.00 for short sleeve and $15.00 for long sleeve.
PARENTS THE STANDARD PER CAR ENTRY FEE FOR THE WAUKESHA COUNTY PARKS WILL BE CHARGED.
Bus Departure time with boys team: 7:15 (Riding the bus is optional for this meet)
**If you drive yourself to the meet, runners need to be at the team tent at 8:00am**
FROSH GIRLS RACE: 9:30 (ALL FRESHMAN BUT DUBNICKA, BURANT, PATEK)
JV GIRLS RACE: 10:30
VARSITY GIRLS RACE: 11:30 (Top 8 Runners)
