We would like to move Saturday, Sept. 20th practice from Arrowhead High School to Nashotah Park meet at the park and ride off of exit 179. The park will allow the girls to run on the grass instead of the sidewalks. We'll keep the same practice time of 8:00AM and should be done with practice by 9:30AM. Please let me know if you have any questions. Sorry for the change but we thought it would be the best for the team.

Start out going SOUTH on NORTH AVE/ CR-E toward ARROWHEAD CAMPUS DR.
Merge onto WI-16 W.
Take the CR-C exit, EXIT 179, toward NASHOTAH/ DELAFIELD.
You'll see the Park and Ride on the left of exit 179
