We are in the final two weeks before the cross country season officially starts. Below is the remaining open runs schedule. Make sure you start running this week. You'll make the first week of practice so much easier if you do. New runners should set a goal of 10-20 miles and returning runners should aim for 15-30 miles for each of the next two weeks.
ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 4TH ONE OF OUR CAPTAINS Andie WILL HOST PEOPLE OVER TO HER HOUSE AFTER THE RUN. WE WILL HAVE RIDES AVAILABLE TO Andie HOUSE FOR THOSE THAT NEED THEM AND PARENTS CAN PICK THERE DAUGHTERS UP FROM Andie HOUSE AFTER THE EVENT. THE Andie OUTING IS SCHEDULED TO BEGIN AROUND 7:30 AND WILL LAST ABOUT AN HOUR. ATHLETES MAY WANT TO CALL FOR RIDES WHEN THEY ARE READY TO BE PICKED UP. -see email

**Athletes should make arrangements now to get off of work from 8:00AM - 10:00AM
**You should wear your running attire to practice
What you should have for practice:
Running shoes
Running shorts
T-shirt
Water bottle
Watch (great to have - any watch will do)
